About the Role:

As part of our mission to lead globlay the assessment field  We’re looking for a SaaS product expert with UI/UX skills to help us build great products in an agile environment, from the early stages of feature planning all the way to guaranteeing flawless implementation.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and quickly in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Designing the Tomax products suite 
• Answering all product-related questions
• Planning and assisting with new product releases and events
• Performing product demonstrations for customers, staff, and other stakeholders.
• Identifying new market opportunities and relaying this information to the Manager and other relevant stakeholders.
• Making helpful product recommendations and suggestions to increase revenue.
• Responsible for designing and implementing challenging and dynamic interfaces for web environments
• Understand and learn Tomax users, plan and execute the proper design
• Being involved in the actual thinking and creation of the product flow and design
• Creating more user-friendly behaviors
• Collaborating with product managers and developers to create communicative, usable and attractive user experiences

Requirements:

• Superb verbal and written communication skills, as well as great telephone etiquette
• At least 2 years of relevant experience, including demonstrable skills in designing usable cross-platform digital products
• Proficient with industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision & Zeplin
• Experience in working in SaaS B2B oriented environment
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in the English language
