Amit built Tomax as a third-year student, after running into a problem he couldn't ignore: getting real feedback on an exam was next to impossible. That instinct, chasing the product or idea that actually changes how people work, has stayed with him for 22 years. Today, as Tomax's product and business development lead, he sets the direction for a system trusted by 150+ institutions across 20+ countries. Together with Tomer, he sets Tomax's overall strategy and drives its expansion into new markets worldwide.

Tomer has always measured success by the people on the other end of it: an entrepreneur who cares more about whether a client is actually served than about the idea itself. That's shaped his role as Tomax's business development lead for 22 years, working directly with the institutions running on Tomax today, delivering over 500,000 exams every year, and turning what they need on the ground into what the platform builds next. Together with Amit, he drives Tomax's overall strategy and its expansion into new markets worldwide.
